The first plane of development occurs from birth to around six years of age. It is divided into two sub-planes, birth-3 and 3-6. The child is not born with a small vocabulary that she just needs to build upon. Montessori refers to the child in this first sub-plane, from birth to around age 3, as the “Unconscious Creator”. Our goal is to provide the environment which is Caring, nurturing and Safe and meeting the developmental needs of the children and help them to accomplish their developmental milestones and prepare them for success.
